HOW TO PROPERLY MEASURE MY BODY PARAMETERS?

To correctly measure your lingerie size, you need to measure:

Bra:

  • Underbust: Measure just below your breasts to determine the accurate band size in cm.
  • Bust: Measure the fullest part of your breasts to determine the correct cup size.

Panties:

  • Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips: Measure the widest part of your hips.

TO WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Our store only works with countries within the European Union.

Delivery is carried out only by courier service. Please be sure to indicate the exact address and recipient details when placing an order so that the courier can successfully deliver your package. If you would like to receive your order at a pickup point, contact us via online chat on the website or through our social networks. Our operators are ready to quickly process your order and deliver it to a convenient pickup location for you.

IF I WANT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AT A PICKUP POINT?

Please contact us via Online Chat on the website or through private messages on our social media. Place your order with our operator and specify the pickup point where you would like your package to be sent.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AND WHERE IT IS NOW?

As soon as we hand over your order to the carrier, we will send you an informational email with the tracking number. Using this number, you can track your package online to see its current location and when the courier will deliver it to the provided address.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE CONTAINS ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER, OR IF ITEMS I ORDERED ARE MISSING?

If something like this happens and you find incorrect items in your package, please contact us immediately via the Online Chat on the website. You can also reach us through our social media or email us atinfo@pantera-passion.com.
Our operators will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

CAN I CANCEL, MODIFY, COMBINE, OR ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If, after placing and paying for your order, you change your mind and wish to cancel or edit your order, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY VIA ONLINE CHAT OR SOCIAL MEDIA AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE.

As long as the package has not been dispatched, we can refund your money (after receiving your payment) or modify the contents of the items as per your request.

However, if our staff has already packed and dispatched your order, unfortunately, it will not be possible to add, change, or cancel the order. Your purchases can only be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. If you forgot to purchase an item when placing your order, you will need to place an additional order.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

We provide a 24-month warranty on all products, starting from the date of receipt of the order. As a seller, we are responsible for any defects that may be discovered by the buyer after receipt or during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper handling or mechanical damage. Therefore, when washing and cleaning linen, please follow the care symbols indicated by the manufacturer on the label.

Please note that when washing or wearing for a long time (not just trying on), the warranty is automatically voided.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM?

Yes, of course. In our store, you can return an item without providing a reason within 14 days.

Return FeeIf the item is not defective or the wrong item was not mistakenly sent, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

ExchangesIf the size of the item doesn’t fit and you want the same item in a different size, the exchange will be handledat our expense.

If you wish to return one item and receive a different one instead, please complete the return process first and then place a new order. Any difference in cost will be processed on the day the new order is placed.

CAN I RETURN ONLY PART OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED?

Yes, that's no problem. You can use the "Exchange and Return" service following the procedure described in the previous answer, either for the entire order or for specific items. Just mark which products you are returning.
